3 large eggs
(choice of fillings)
Onion
Serrano peppers
crimini mushrooms
shredded sharp cheddar

whisk eggs and place in buttered saute pan. Place filling ingredients on. Slide out of pan on to hashbrowns.



fold in half





serve with favourite breakfast meat/toast/beverage
