I was in the Quarter ONCE during Mardi Gras. It was the Sunday night before Fat Tuesday. I do not believe you could get me back down there for anything. I do, however, enjoy watching the parades with the family from a very nice intersection where a lot of families go and no much foolishness is allowed.
