Jumped the Shark.
Which TV shows do you think "jumped the shark" this year? I liked "Detroit 187" until their last show. When the whole squad covered for a cop that killed a mobster, it was too much, as far as I was concerned. How about anyone else, did any shows "jump the shark" for you?For the morning will come. Brightly will it shine on the brave and true, kindly upon all who suffer for the cause, glorious upon the tombs of heroes. Thus will shine the dawn.

It's a phrase used when a show goes off of the deep end. It came from the "Happy Days" episode when the Fonzwas on waterskies and tried to "jump a shark."For the morning will come. Brightly will it shine on the brave and true, kindly upon all who suffer for the cause, glorious upon the tombs of heroes. Thus will shine the dawn.

That cracks me up. "187" is the penal code section out of CA for murder. Yet they use it for a detriot show?'Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a
delusional, illogical liberal minority, and rabidly
promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which
holds forth the proposition that it is entirely

I'm pretty sure rap music has made "187" somewhat universal.I'm your huckleberry...
