Officer to wear kilt for a good cause
An officer, who goes by the name Motorcop, will be wearing a kilt (not a skirt) for an entire month to bring awareness to the problem of prostate cancer.
From his blog....
"September is Prostate Cancer Awareness month. For the entire month of September, Happy and I will be wearing kilts. Not just occasionally or when we feel like it. All. Month. Long. Unless we’re on duty, we’re wearing kilts."
This link explains it in more detail.

Police Officers put themselves at risk for strangers every day. Some do not make it home to their families. Next time you think of saying something negative about the police, remember...YOU are one of the strangers.

Sooo, are any of you gentlemen going to participate in the wearing of the kilts?

Even if you don't wear a kilt, if you're a male who is 40 and older you should take the time to make an appointment with your doctor and ask if you should be screened. My dad is an almost 6 year survivor of prostate cancer.
