Thats what about what I pay on my mortgage for my 2200 sq ft house with 3 acres of land. I have a friend who lives in manhattan and pays $2200/mo for a 400 sq ft appartment. Thats crazy in my book.

I am impressed with the couch/bed. That's a cool concept. Looks much more comfortable than a futon, since it has a real mattress on it
