Weathering the storms.
I hop that all my Swamp Mafia associates and those on the east coast are weathering the current storms. My thoughs and prayers are with all of you.

I might slap myself later for saying this but so far it's been uneventful in Central MS. They say it will get worse tonight and tomorrow. Lee just can't make up it's mind where it wants go go and how fast. The swamp guys might have a little different opinion.

The last update I got through my department (a few minutes ago) shows the center at the LA/MS state line slightly NW of Baton Rouge, and showing a line taking it NE but remaining south of Jackson, Tuscaloosa, and Birmingham.

He's a slow mover that's for sure. Although there isn't much more than rain here I am growing a bit tired of it. The eye of the storm moved over us a short while ago. I must say that the silver lining is the cooler temps.

Well, the serious rain's finally here. Not much to it so far thank goodness. A LOT of tornado warnings southeast of here though. I know one thing, being sick and at home most of the week I'm about ready to throw a conniption if I don't get outside some tomorrow. Rain or not!

The storm wasn't much here but it sure drug cool weather behind it that made for a great bike ride.
