that's stupid... most of the job applications I've had people fill out (while I was with Probation and Parole) said something to the effect of "High School Diploma or Equivalent"...
which SHOULD include a certificate of completion that is given to the SPED students

You know some of the smartest people never go to college and barely finish high school. My dad hated school because it was to easy for him, he didnt go to college and before he died, he was the CEO of a powder metal company. Personally I think people should test for jobs they are applying for because the coud be great and just lack interest in things that dont pretain to things that dont matter to that job that the gov't says they need to know. Seriously, I dont care myself about knowing how to read music notes, how is that going to save my ass in a sticky situation in a street fight.....
