But then, since they are Juvies, they could very well walk.

Wichita police are investigating an aggravated attempted robbery at a northeast Wichita restaurant that may have been a prank
It happened at the Subway restaurant, 3200 N. Rock, around 11 a.m. Monday. Police said two teenagers, 15 and 16-year-old boys, walked into the building with their hands in their pockets, ordering everyone on the floor.
One of the suspects started counting people on the floor, while two other teenagers ran out of the restaurant, police said. The third teenager ran away a short time later. No one was hurt.
Authorities identified one of the suspects as a Heights High School student. Officers contacted the student and questioned him. The boy was not arrested and released to his parents.
Investigators said it appears the teenagers were not trying to commit a robbery, but instead play a prank or a game.
"We do not want to have anybody else think this is in any way, shape or form acceptable,” said Lt. Doug Nolte, Wichita police.
Nolte said the suspects could have been confronted, creating a harmful environment.
The case will be turned over the District Attorney’s office for review

Probably wouldn't have been as funny if a random patrol unit had been going by when the people hit the floor...
And Shepards we shall be,
for thee, My Lord, for thee,
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,
That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy Command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls will it ever be.

or if officers were in the restaurant

"A strong man stands up for himself. A stronger man stands up for others."
Ben
The old sheriff was attending an awards dinner when a lady commented
on his wearing his sidearm. "Sheriff, I see you have your pistol. Are you
expecting trouble?" "No Ma'am. If I were expecting trouble, I would have
brought my rifle."
(just stole this one hope you don't mind)
