Had a great weekend family camping trip to Mammoth Cave Natl. Park and got to go on a tour using only oil lamps for light. It was really cool and a little spooky. My 9 year old son thought it was the coolest thing ever and was proud that his dad got to carry one of the lamps. It's nice to get away from the TV and computer for awhile (but not too long!).
We were going to go canoeing on the Green River, but the drought had the water level too low to really enjoy it. We're sticking a pin in that for this fall when the water level should be better.
