The sad thing is those inner cities need this stuff. Shows the degeneration of society

Wait till they drive the vans out to the suburbs. With 5% of paternity being falsely reported (1%-30% depending on area, people who don't know don't count so they're not padding the stats) that could be quite the rolling problem. Reality show in 3..2..1
