Laurel Police to go pink in October to raise awareness about breast cancer - baltimoresun.comSome of the ways Laurel police officers will participate include wearing a pink Laurel Police Department T-shirt underneath their regular dark blue uniform with the top of the T-shirt exposed; displaying a pink ribbon lapel pin just above their name tag on their uniform; attaching a pink magnetized ribbon with the LPD emblem on their police cruiser; tying a pink ribbon onto antennas on their police cruiser; and wearing a pink officer's badge.
