That's not an arrow, it's a cheap crossbow bolt. Some dipshit got a pistol grip style crossbow and decided to try it out on the local easy targets. Muscovy ducks are large don't quack, they hiss and can seem aggressive. The males are just plain ugly. Someone decided it wouldn't be a big deal to try and kill one. :mad:
