A couple of rideouts ago, the officer I was with stumbled on a dozen or so guys doing that in a warehouse parking lot, so we hung around waiting for the owner to tresspass them. I was hoping to see a big spill, but they disappointed me and never crashed out before the owner got there

A "git" is just not a nice person.

"Twat" refers to a part of the female anatomy, but is used as an adjective to describe a person.

Along with:

Tit hat = helmet
Panda = cruiser
Jam sandwich = cruiser
Black rat = traffic officer
Nicked = arrested
Reg 9 = complaint
Papered = getting a Reg 9 served on you
Tom = prostitute

Probably a lot more.
