I have to say after reading a lot of these post, I must admit, those of ya'll that deal with the General Public are better than me. I thought convicts were hard to deal with, but if I had to deal with the general public, I would be a basket case. You all are tougher than me, I am afraid I would have lost it a long time ago. I guess I am just Institutionalized, lmao!

Hey I love this job. If I'm dealing with a criminal, I take the "customer service" gloves off. I guess that's why I get so many complaints. But hey, my blood pressure stays low- so it's a trade off. At least that's what I keep telling my Sergeant!

When I don't want to deal with myself anymore, I get online.
