Poetry Rocks!
Thought I'd share while we're being all faggy and humble

I'm a Super Hero in Blue Jeans
You know me as just some guy
But I'm so much more than meets the eye
I kick so much ass it's really just crazy
Compared to me Chuck Norris looks lazy
I wear jeans and tshirts, sometimes a hat
But what matters most is under all that
It's my super brilliant mind and heart of gold
I'm better than you, if the truth be told
I may work in an office, boring and lame
But regardless of that, I rock just the same
Without me who would make my desk cluttered
And make fun of my boss for the dumb things he's uttered?
I'm practically perfect, stud service is free
Your mom skipped your dad, and instead she called me
So next time you're out having a coke or a brew
Brag to your friends that on LEF you knew
The most kickass guy you ever could meet
It isn't Longtail, Accord, Clare or Brad
But the one that you don't know you should call your dad.

That's funny........maybe the mods should create a section for poetry, self-analysis, multi-vitamins and group hugs!LOL!
I didn't mean to start a trend, Brad, LongTail and all you other super-founders of this monster blue machine!

Great poem!
I second the poetry section! LolThere’s a promise I need you to make
While I’m gone you take care of the love
And I’ll deal with the hate.
Don’t worry about me; I’ll be all right
Just care for your children and sleep tight
I’ll keep you safe on my watch tonight

Thanks! I realize a lot of people here seem to like the self serving prose of about how great we are, but frankly, I find it tiresome. It makes us sound like we're legends in our own minds.
This is NOT the most dangerous job in the world. The last I read, a bicycle messenger in a major city was. And as I've said before, I have a good friend who is an iron worker on high steel. If anyone thinks their job is so damn hazardous, follow him around for a day.
If a citizen came up to me and said, thanks, great job, that would be one thing, but blowing our own horn doesn't do much for me. I worked a hell of a lot harder, more hours and for less money in the army.
Take the job seriously, not yourself. When I used to be somebody (I'm center top)

Okay, everybody. Group hug.
Thank you for that rainbow connection moment, Virgin.
And Shepards we shall be,
for thee, My Lord, for thee,
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,
That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy Command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls will it ever be.
In Nomine Patris, Et Filli, Et Spiritus Sancti.
