4 of the 10 are from NJ. I think a big reason is that there's alot of vehicles on the road in these cities. More chances of getting banged up.

Anyways, I'm not surprised Newark was at the top of the list. I work for the county and Newark is the biggest city in the county I work for. In my life experience, drivers in Newark has to be worst. they don't believe in stopping at stop signs, ignore all traffic devices, plus we have one of the highest stolen car problem, and these shitbirds go crazy on the roads with the stolen cars. You don't know how many times, i've almost been t-boned. Even if you have the right of way where it's stop sign or traffic light, you have to slow down and check both sides before crossing the interesection. it's pretty bad hereDon't you just hate it when someone's balls are hidden so well, they can't seem to find it themselves ~ RSA

It’s the concentration of whinny, me first, commie, pinko, left wing, liberal, drug addicts.
Any thing else you’d like to know?

Why are bad drivers concentrated in these cities?
Because the good drivers are concentrated in all the other cities and we know how to avoid those bad drivers and thus avoid becoming a statistic.

Jersey. And Virginia. Huh. Big suprise on that one. Never mind. Not really.
And Shepards we shall be,
for thee, My Lord, for thee,
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,
That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy Command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls will it ever be.
In Nomine Patris, Et Filli, Et Spiritus Sancti.
