What I saw the other night after 2 AM..
Here's what happens when a hit-and-run driver slams into a traffic control box.
This was the only light in the eastbound direction that was lit at all. All the others were off, and one light in the turn pocket from westbound to southbound was stuck on green.
People were driving right through the intersection without stopping. When a traffic signal malfunctions you're supposed to treat it like a stop sign, but few people did.
The county got it fixed within the hour, luckily.

Yeah, that whole rules of the road thing. I don't really think they teach that anymore in the half hour lesson prior to getting the license.

It's not just the rules of the road it's common sense, the light looks wrong I should probably take care.
Why are people such idiots when no one else or nothing else is there to tell them what to do?
