Email problems
What does it mean when i get this message from Outlook Express????????

I have gotten that message from road runner account. I called my cable company/ISP and they were able to fix it on their end. I'm not sure what happened, but they were able to fix it.

Most of the time it's a glitch with your ISP's email server. If you've used that account before and haven't changed the settings on outlook express, you can either call and complain or just wait it out. It'll get resolved in the same amount of time.
