Who else thinks this smiley business is out of hand and needs to be stopped?
We need a regulating board for the smilies.
I elect the thumb guy, and the depressed guy.

as the chairperson of this board. I personally feel (and have posted my emotions in earlier threads) that has been overused by everyone (except me because I have adopted said smiley).
I therefore, would like to officially nominate as chairperson of the smiley oversight committee
