Leadership Podcasts
Ok, I have to say, that lately I've been more smartass than a leader.
So, I took a little time out today and thought about some things, and thought I'd share a great website, and podcasts with you all.
I read "The Monk who sold his Farrari" about 3.5 years ago and loved it. It's a great fable and definately worth a read. (Especially, any aspiring, or current supervisors)

I've listened to a few of these and they're very good. They're relatively short too, so you don't have to devote a lot of time.
