Two consenting adults, I am not sure what the problem is here. It seems like a vindictive neighbor trying to get her in trouble for past issues, all the press is due to her position. My recommendation, put up a privacy fence around the hot tub, that way next time they can arrest the little 14 year old pervert for being a "peeping tom". Where is the actual evidence, eyewitness accounts are questionable and with no physical evidence, the case should be washed out. Originally Posted by TheeBadOne

yea, I get calls from "neighbors" who complain that the other neighbor doesn't have blinds in all rooms.....and they see them walking around in underware.......my statement always is....why do you invade their privacy by looking into their windows???

Unfortunately it looks like IA is going to slam her for some associated "administrative" violation. If they can't find anything else, it will be "Conduct Unbecoming", that's a favorite...
Since she was charged criminally and acquitted, then IA should NOT be able to follow with an administrative violation.
