Hey guys and Gals, any other 2 wheeled enthusiasts here. I'm ordering my new bike in a month. The wife and I are planning on doing the Coast line fro BC down to Cali and up through nevada, utah.montana. Next summer. I have a crotch rocket right now but I'm making the jump to a big poer cruiser.

Love bikes. I had to sell my GSXR when I got into the academy, plus I took a paycut joining the PD. Oh well, I'll make my way back up the ladder soon enough and I'll buy another bike. Though it hurts to when I see others riding around on a nice day.

I resent the term Rice Burner, evidently you've never looked at some of the maxis. Burgman 400 or 650, Piaggo X9, Kymco 500, you might be sureprised.

Aren't those pretty pricey though? Got a website for those?

Here is a pic of my new toy...

A monday morning lunatic, disturbed from time to time. Temporary catatonic madman on occasion..

Lightning crashes a new mother cries, her placenta falls to the floor. The angel opens her eyes, the confusion sets in before the doctor can even close the door..

I'm ordering my new Vulcan 2000 at the end of Oct. I've rode a sportbike for 2 years, time to give up speed for comfort. As for rockets making the guys hand itch, if you think I'm pulling over willingly at 180mph,lolol, catch me if you can, I got a full tank of gas and I'm going and smoky and bandit to the county line!lololo

dadyswat, the size of the bike doesn't make it any less a rice burner.......sorry (not really) if the term rice burner offends you.........yea I'm "an old man", just cause it's a rice burner doesn't make it a bad bike......I just prefer harleys.....and believe that is the only real ride out there, lol
