Why cops should put their head on a swivel.

Funny gag, and I don't blame the a-hole that pushed them at all. They were two cops amid a crowd of people. They should have seen this guy coming a mile away and hip-tossed his dumb ass into the water, beat the shit out of him, cuffed him, and then stuffed him. But as it is they had their heads up their butt and so they got wet.
However that one cop did recover nicely and hopefully he's a fast runner and caught the guy. These guys look like Bobbies- maybe our UK bros can tell us what eventually happened to the guy.The virtue of spirit has no need for thanks or approval.
