UFC on SPIKE TV
I'm not sure how many of enjoy the UFC, but one of members is fighting in the Undercard for Ortiz and Shamrock. Jason Macdonald will be fighting Ed Herman. Jasons a C/O at the Institution I work at. He's a good guy and great fighter, it should be a entertaing fight, so hopefully you'll all tune in a cheer for the guys that wears a blue uniform on days off.

Anybody watch UFC Unleashed tonight? I forget his name, but a Sheriff out of California won his UFC debut fight that they aired tonight. (Not sure if it was aired previously)
