Biting the Bullet
Well, I'm finally going to do it after 10 yrs. I'm getting married on Friday October 13th. I'm not sure married life is going to be too much different, I've lived with her for three years, but we'll see. Wish me luck, becasue Black Friday is only 2 days away.

Ya, we didn't have too much choice in the date, we decided last spring to finally tie the knot and wanted to do it in October when we were both on vacation. The place we chose only had 2 dates left in Oct, Friday the 13th and a Sunday. They gave us a real good deal for booking it on the 13th, cut the price per person in about half and took off the $2500 room rental fee, so it worked out. Plus I graduated the police academy on Friday the 13th, so maybe it's my lucky number. Time will tell.

Ya, I must be a little crazy, was a jarhead and am now a cop, so I guess that explains it all. I also heard that everything changes once you're married, I got all the shit from everyone at work already. But she's a good girl, and has put up with a lot of shit over the past 10 yrs, believe it or not, I'm not the easiest person in the world to get along with.
