Favorite drinks
Mine is a martini.
I use Tanqueray gin.
What I do is open the bottle, pour a shot – so I have room in the bottle.
Well ya got to do something with it so I knock it back.
Then I fill the jigger with Vermouth – Martini & Rossi Extra Dry.
Toss it in the bottle of Tanqueray and swirl it around.
Stick it in the freezer, wait one day.
Ready. It doesn’t freeze because of the alcohol content, however it does thicken just a bit.
Now for the fun part:
Take a martini glass; you can store a couple of them in the freezer as well.
Stick an olive with a toothpick or get a twist of lemon.
Drop in the glass.
Pour the Tanqueray in the glass; it immediately frosts the out side of the glass.
Viola the perfect martini.
Ps: it impresses the ladies, that you are so smooth and debonair. Guys think it’s pretty cool too.

And no you can't have any.

Well I'm not much of a drinker at all, but when I do go out I usually get a simple Captain & Coke...or just a Miller Lite!

I'm not much of a drinker - I usually pass out before I can have any fun, but the martini recipe sounds good.

I love my Crown Royal usually with either Sprite or Coke. Or if its Crown Reserve then that is only on the rocks!

My all time favorite drink is a dirty - and I mean dirty - martini made with pepper vodka and blue cheese stuffed olives.
I like almost any drink made with vodka, followed by margaritas.

Holy crap! I can't believe I forgot to mention Jagermeister! I go with that sometimes too, on the rare occasion that I do drink...

I am quite the mixologist in my spare time, but I rarely drink anymore. Captain and coke is the bevy of choice, but I also go a nice "four fingers" Glenfidditch 12 scotch, or maybe a Rolling Rock every now and then..

Well, I've hurt myself on both Jagermeister and Tequila, so they are no longer on the menu!

My sipping cocktail is a vodka stinger.
Sometimes I like a good whiskey with a couple of fig newtons - yum!
I used to like gin and tonics, but found out the juniper in gin does something that bursts the small capillaries in your nose and eyes. (think WC Fields bulbous nose - that's "gin" nose!)
I like dark beers, syrah, merlot, and reisling wine.

My FAV is Crown Royal straight up on rocks. I split a 40 of vodka and red bull with my buddy the other day, that is evil and I will never touch it again, heed my warning on that!

We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion
