No Bull: Taser Doesn't Stun Cattle
No Bull: Taser Doesn't Stun Cattle
By Associated Press
Wed Nov 1, 9:51 PM
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - It's no bull _ a Taser doesn't faze cattle. Johnson City police found that out Monday afternoon while trying to force a bull and cow off a city street.
Officers fired the electric stun gun at the animals after they escaped from a nearby farm and wandered around several major intersections and roadways in the city of about 55,500 people.
The Taser didn't budge the bovines, according to a police report.
The cattle were brought under control after officers used a tranquilizer gun, police said.

I saw a video somewhere where someone tazed a bull that was HUGE and he dropped to the ground with no problem. I wonder what was going on with that.
I'm ready for spring!

That was a mx animal taser that was used. Not a x26. The x26 tasers work on dogs etc but not larger animals.

S.C. Deputy Tasers a Cow!
WALTERBORO, S.C. (AP) - A Taser may work on a billy goat gruff, but it doesn't seem to be very effective on runaway pot roast.
Incident reports show a Colleton County sheriff's deputy used a Taser twice Monday on a cow wandering along a road.
Two zaps later, the cow's owner still couldn't corral the animal, and it ran off. Deputies spent several hours chasing the cow in and out of traffic before suspending the pursuit.
Last January, Scott also used a Taser to rescue a Cottageville woman from an aggressive billy goat named Dodge, who was later adopted.\\` ` ` ` < ` )___/\

I have found that a large mallet to the head works just as good as a taser, plus its whats for dinner.

We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

Just say "hip, hip, YAH!!" that always works.
In memory of Carlos Borland.
Trooper Borland was shot and killed when he stopped a car on I-80, just outside of Lovelock, Nevada, whose driver was wanted for not paying for gasoline. Unbeknownst to Trooper Borland, the suspect had just murdered two people in Texas and the vehicle was stolen. Before stopping the vehicle Trooper Borland had requested a check on the plates, but the plates had not yet been entered into NCIC. As he approached the vehicle the man pulled out a .38 caliber handgun and shot him in the head.
The suspect was apprehended later that day. He was convicted of Trooper Borland's murder and sentenced to death.
Trooper Borland had served with the agency for 1 year.

this is 100% correct. It was showed to us in our tazer training class and they showed this one. it is one made specifically for big animals like that and would more than likely kill a human, or seriously mess them up, lol. the bull was pissed, did you see him charge the gate in the video, lol. i wouldn't want to have to deal with him afterwards.

You know, I am surprised that the cattle hit with the X26 did not drop in an alcohol-cocaine–meth-pcp induced comma that they did not wake up from because of the taser, I mean they are good cows that like church and video games.......
Sorry, it is early and the hummor is dry.STOP RESISTING!!!!
