I Love this Show
I love the premise, celebrities become reserve officers on the Muncie, Indiana police force. Stars include WWE champ Trish Stratus, Erik Estrada, La Toya Jacskon, Jack Osbourne, Jason Acuna (wee-man from Jackass). They might as well extend the show and send some of these celebs over to iraq to police the streets there! What do you think about that?

I haven't/won't see the show. From what I saw on the commercial I can't believe the department is willing to be embarrassed this way. Thumbs down.

I'm with K9, stupid idea and just more cheap TV. Glad we don't have it here.......................... ....................yet!

OK, I'll be the first to admit it: I'll watch at least the first show to see how it's going to portray the real cops.

Count me in, as one who will watch it. Personally, I've seen the commercials for it and thought it would be funny (like a Reno911 but real). It should make for interesting television. Proefssionally speaking, I think the department is stupid for doing this, and I don't know if this will do law enforcement any favors or not.

I plan on watching it - even though I know I will hate it...

I think this may become a "Guilty Pleasure" situation!

I just don't like how they make such a serious and dangerous job look goofy and funny. I really hope nobody gets hurt or killed during the filming of this ridiculous show.
From my understanding, the first episode will be of their academy life. All I have to say is this academy better not be a damn joke. I want to see every last one of these "celebrity's" in pain AND crying the entire time. Everybody knows damn well what they see on tv HAS to be real - and if this "academy" is a cakewalk then the general public will be mislead and believe anybody can work the job any day.Calm Like A Bomb...

This sounds like it's going to be entertaining, but I can't believe some department was willing to take on the liability. What if these celebrities kill someone in an effort to put on a good show? What's next--celebrities doing brain surgery or air traffic control for the viewing public's amusement?
