This has got to be one of the most unusual programs I've seen. It profiles a few men who have purchased life-sized female dolls called "Real Dolls," and they are in love with them to the exclusion (in most cases) of live women.
It's scary and it's actually a little sad, but it is fascinating. It will be repeated on BBC America this Sunday.

I caught just one story on there, it was strange enough to even weird ME out. And damn, I'm used to some pretty strange things.
