I like Texas Swat, Beach Patrol, Cops, and there is a high speed chase show that comes on Thursday nights at 8pm and I cant remember the name. I also like Dallas SWAT on A&E on Thursday nights at 10pm

Of course I only get to watch these shows every now and then...so I don't get to keep up with them like I want. I have also been watching "Flip this House" we are about to remodel a duplex and sell it..so we watch it to get some ideas.
