It was a fluke (Roethlisberger). And the Patriots weren't doing anything that the other NFL teams don't. I consider it a pretty smart move, actually. And they won their games on skill, not cheating. After they were busted, they have destroyed all the opponents they have faced.

The Hawks and Steelers have some history and the Hawks havn't always done well against them. However, if you have watched the last 4 Hawks games you will see that their new defensive line and their new strategy has kicked serious butt. Unless the Steelers bring a bulldozer, I'm thinking your prediciton may be all wet.

I hope my Texans can pull it off this week. Without Andre Johnson they arent doing so hot.

Well, we pulled it off, our first shut out of the season. And, we did it without Polamalu, Ward, and Hampton. Also, Holmes went out in the second half with a hamstring injury. Second string Saftey, two second string wide receivers, and a second string nose tackle did the job
I guess the "fluke" continues huh?

I picked the Steelers to win this week. But let's be realistic. They're not as good as you think they are. They've played 5 games, with four wins and one loss. Let's examine their schedule for a clearer picture:
Week 1 opponent- Cleveland Browns (2-3)
Week 2 opponent- Buffalo Bills (1-4)
Week 3 opponent- San Francisco 49'ers (2-3)
Week 4 opponent- Arizona Cardinals (They lost to Arizona, 14-21) (2-3)
Week 5 opponent- Seattle Seahawks (3-2)
Their first 5 opponents have a combined game win total of just 10 games. That's an opponent average of just two wins in five games.
So until the Steelers start winning against some serious competition, I don't think you should get your hopes up.

I owe Rob84 a BIG apology....they creamed the Hawks. Their defensive line worked fine but their offense went out to lunch. Remind me not to bet against you Rob!!

Who kept talking about ROMO? Cowboys did win, kinda lucky if you ask me, but a win is a win. But I remember someone asking if we had ROMO... well my packers might have lost but there is now way in hell I want ROMO on my team. I will stay with my Old as Fuck Brett Farve, as Terminator puts it.

Romo is not done for the season with bad games. He hasnt learned all the aspects yet, I predict he will have atleast 2-3 more bad games this season, Sorry Jmur5074, I dont disagree with him having a great beginning of the season but I cant see him holding on for the rest. He has a good looking g-friend and a lot of money so I guess he is further ahead than me.

I hope I sense a little bit of sarcasm in that Tom Brady statement
