Worked to much to keep up regularly but like the show. Can someone give me a condensed version on the last episode?

Sully narrates and tells the story as a retired fisherman.
Cruz goes to "The House" of bad guys on a death mission. She tells Bosco to wait outside and goes in by herself to tell the crime lord his reign of terror is over with after they grenade attack Yokus at the station.
She faces him down, knowing she is dying of the HIV and has nothing to lose. The chief baddy tells her she's going to be killed and that he will continue to attack any cops who get in his way. She whips out two grenades and flips off the spoons. Fade out to Bosco waiting outside, who sees "The House" blow up.
Sully continues to narrate... Bosco is still Bosco, always 100MPH with his hair on fire. They show him in a foot pursuit briefly.
Ty is now a Lieutenant in charge of street crimes, and his former trainee is his number one Sergeant. They show him leading some baddies out of a house with a cigar in his teeth.
It was basically a wrap up to tell you that they all went on.
Sadly, I hardly remember what became of the firefighters, but they wrapped them up well too.I'm your huckleberry...

I was a little disappointed when it became the "Cruz and Bosco" show, and seperated from it's "old ways."
But it was still a kick ass show.No one has greater love than this, to lay down ones life for ones friends - John 15:13

That was by far the best show ever created in the history of mankind. The best fucking show in the world. I loved it so much, and was pissed as fuck when it ended. I have seen every single episode ever made countless times. I will absolutely not rest until I own every season on DVD

I loved the beginning and the middle. Wasn't too big of a fan of when it got all drama filled and crazy and mostly just focused on the cops. I liked when it incorporated everyone and was more just on the calls and not so much corruption, chaos, etc.
So excited that its FINALLY coming out on DVD.There’s a promise I need you to make

Don’t worry about me; I’ll be all right

I agree with everyone else who said the later seasons sucked. I liked the original stuff, but the drama towards the end was overkill. Almost like they were trying to compete with The Shield.
