The First 48
The new season has started. I am still hooked on this show. Anyone else???? My Tivo catches them all and I spend my entire nights off just trying to catch up.

I watch it when I'm alone and can find the remote. Fortunately it re-airs late at night, so being a night owl has its advantages.

yeah I like that show too...
The city of Miami guy that is usually on is now back on the road as a patrol guy. He is very nice but needed better hours for his family. He said it really took a toll on him. (the italian looking guy with balding head and mustache.. I forget his name). I met him when we found a prostitute by the roadside down in the city.
Wicked cool show indeed!http://www.allpoetry.com/Grunts%20Girl
We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

Best show ever. Just an observation but when they show Detroit I get a kick outta them putting their suspects into what looks like a closet to interview them.

Love the show. I caught an episode from Detroit awhile back...and made fun of the LT on the show due to his hair (just think Gerry Curl). Anyway, not long after that they told me that I had a new recruit to train and that the guy was retired from Detroit PD...and guess who that guy was..yep..the guy on the First 48.
Strange how small the world is, huh?
Here I am with 3 years on the road.."training" a guy with as many years as a cop as I have been alive. He was very nice about it and we have become good friends. He has a funny sense of humor and since he drove me around during training..he started calling me "Ms Daisy" (he is black if you haven't figured it out). It still sticks to this day with him.
But great show..was watching it last night.

I'm stuck on thirds, so I don't watch a lot of TV. I'll have to try to catch this one.

Love the show....
Hands down my favorite show, have watched it since it started airing a few years ago. It has made me want a career in law enforcement more and more each time I watch it. My fave is Sgt Caroline Mason in Memphis; she butters the suspects up just right.
Wonder how this Crime 360 show is going to turn out? I watched the first episode and it seemed like a lot of the same stuff. However, they leave a lot hanging such as motive, etc.

I love the show. We now have one of the guys from Miami in our dept. Sgt. 'Pepe' Granado, asked him the other day if he charges for his autograph.

I went a seminar with a few MPD folks and I asked them about her and that is the way she was top notch and tuff. They told me she had retired.
