I love baseball, football next, college basketball rocks....

NBA should stand for Need Better Attitudes.

I've never been a fan of watching it on TV. Now with their apparently high thug quotient I'm even less interested.

Not for me. Watching thugs who make more in 1 year than I'll see in a lifetime is not for me.

I can't stand the NBA, either. Seems like most of them have forgotten about loving the game for what it is and are all wrapped up in the money instead. Their attitudes are terrible and a lot of them shouldn't even be called professional athletes. I've never been a fan and never will be...

Gone are the days when I watched people like Magic, Bird, Wilkins, Jordan, Robinson...etc. I used to LOVE the NBA, and I still love playing basketball. Now, due to the newer generation of NBA players I no longer have an interest in watching it whatsoever.

I'm one step further gone than you - ALL the professional sports are thug generators.

There's not much more in the article but it wouldn't shock me if it were real.Dallas Cowboys cornerback Adam Jones got into a fight with one of his security guards at a downtown Dallas hotel on Wednesday morning, according to Dallas police.
Dallas' CBS affiliate, Channel 11, first reported Wednesday that Jones was involved in an altercation at the Joule Hotel in Dallas, damaging a bathroom. That which does not kill me, better start fucking running.

I don't watch sports. Mostly because I don't like most sports and because I don't have the time or interest. Overpaid cry babies who think they deserve the world. Want to impress me? Anticipate dodging bullets for a living. I did used to like to play golf. Again....don't have the time.

I'll be the voice of dissention here (as usual). I would order my favorite sports, but it seems as though the ranking changes depending on what season we're in (now, I'd say NFL Football, MLB, NCAA Football, NBA, NHL, NCAA Basketball....but in April, I'd probably say MLB, NBA, NHL, then the footballs). I just don't get into the NCAA basketball as much until the tournament starts. My old job involved me pretty much living, breathing, eating and crapping sports. High school football on Fridays, live at some NCAA football game on Saturdays and with the Cowboys on Sundays (or Mondays, whatever). It gets tiresome. I actually enjoy not being up on all the sports anymore...but I digress. I love the NBA..huge MAVS fan here. Why? Not sure...the league has done a better job in the last couple of years of getting the scoring back up in the triple digits after languishing in the mid 80's for a while. I love the athleticism. Dwight Howard and the "Superman" dunk at the All-Star game last year was absolutely ridiculous. Yes, you'll have your fair share of thugs and what have you, but there are also a lot of players who do a lot for their communities and stay out of trouble. Just like regular life.....
