As of right now, no. A friend is working on getting some tickets though for game 2 at home I believe but I don't know if it'll happen or not. What about you?

Not unless I win them on "MMR or something, and the chances of that happening are slim to none! There's no way I could afford tickets now to CB Park. It's different during the regular season, but I heard they're going for a small fortune now. It would probably be cheaper to fly to Florida and get tix there. The last I heard, they didn't even sell out down there! And the fans there have the nerve to say they're suffering and deserve to win. HA! They don't know suffering unless they're a Philadelphia fan!

That was an awesome game last night.

Yeah I heard the games down there aren't even selling out also and the tickets are only like 130 bucks. I have a friend who just bought a ticket to game 3 for 650 bucks up here! Nuts.

Wow, that's insane. I could pay my cable, phone, internet (bundled), water, electric and cell phone bill w/ $650!

I think I'll stay camped out on my couch. It's a lot cheaper.

I am embarrassed to say that I fell asleep last night during the game. I have been feel pretty awful lately and took some Nyquil. I was out before the 7th inning.

That's okay, the Phillies played like crap last night anyway so all you missed out on was some stress! If they keep hitting like crap and leaving so many runners stranded on base, they're done for. Hopefully they'll get their bats back by Saturday!

I actually watched ALL of last night's game, unfortunately. And it was really painful to watch, too.

I fell asleep during Game 1. If there was ever a time to nod off, it should have been last night.

Here's hoping the Phils get the bats cooking for Game 3.

Tonight I'll torture myself by watching the LAST PLACE Flyers. My God, they slay me!

Maybe they'll finally wake up and win ONE game. *sigh*

I know! I'm actually more of a hockey fan then I am with baseball and my Flyers are killing me this year!

Sorry you missed your parade. I worked a couple of ticker tape parades over the years in the Canyon of Heroes (lower manhattan), the two best ones were '86 Mets world series, where we (the uniforms) became human barriers when the wood ones gave way, we were up so up close and personal my foot got run over by one of the cars in the procession. Luckily no injury. The other one was for Operation Desert storm, think that was 1991, found a You tube of it. The patriotism rocked that day!
