Protein shake post workout is crucial. Experts say within 45 minutes. If you eat protein shakes try musclemilk it tastes less like chaulk than the others I've tried. The banana/strawberry flavored one rocks my socks off. It also helps shorten the recovery time.

Good advice on the protein shake. I went to GNC.com and purchased Xenadrine, Myoplex shakes, and an anabolic agent.
