Back in the gym. Shoulder hurts some but working through it. Using an overall body workout with reverse pyramid reps until I get back in the swing of things.

Haven't posted in a while, but have NOT been slacking either. Still stayin regular with the routine at the gym, BUT I've started running again (in addition to elipitical machine). Ran 1.5 miles in 10:24 the other night... pumped about that. Also, week before that, ran 5k in 24:08. (not a race, just a course)
BTW, my calves have been telling me the difference in running vs. just the machine...

ok, just a question here, but does anyone else get the "the floor is still moving under my feet" sensation after being on the treadmill for a while?

Tonight's run was just a little slower, but did a different 5k course/rout and it's not NEARLY as flat as the other-- about 24:30-24:40 or so... The uncertainty comes from the fact that I don't have a watch to run with and my running partner, who has the watch, was just a little behind me and not sure of when I crossed the line.
