Week 3 went well. I've noticed increases strength and flexibility. There was noticeable improvement with Yoga. My biggest problem is getting nauseated and exhausted and not being able to finish.
I got a really bad cold this weekend. And between being sick or not sleeping I've missed the beginning of Week 4. I hope to be able to get into it today or tomorrow.

Yep, sorry for the lack of updates. I was so sick I missed a week. I did the recovery week this week and just pushed everything back.
Yoga is getting easier and I'm finding I'm more flexible. Core synergistics is brutal but in a good way. I'm looking forward to tomorrow when I get back into the heavy lifting again.
I have lost about 5 pounds but I'm swapping body fat for muscle. The real improvement is in clothing getting really loose and hanging off me.
I seriously dread recovery weeks because of the core syn. The plank-to-chaturanga run, the superman-bananas, plus the lunge-kickback-curl-press-reverse curls tear me a new one.

Good for you man! I tried the original P90 before P90x came out. Everything went well for the first 3 weeks, then I tried to step it up to the advanced DVD's......bad idea, I got nauseated and weak and that messed me up for a good week.
