no problem. I've been doing this for a while. Do as much as possible with dumbells for about 2 months and I bet you'll notice a big difference.

I had 2-3 people over the summer ask me last year what the heck I did to gain, and I said I locked myself in the dumbell dungon at work and I grilled allot of chicken and potatoes over the summer to eat for supper and to bring to work for lunch.

Diet it the toughest part. I've got a desk job so I sit all day.

At least I get to work out at lunch in the office so it keeps me metabolism going. I don't like to take to much on the market other than a protien shake here and there.
