I tried the planks like some of you suggested. It didn't seem like it did much at the time, but my abs felt it today. hopefully I can lose this gut. Thanks for the suggestion.

Planks are awesome.
But remember, to lose the gut, it's mostly diet and cardio.
Doing ab exercises just means when you remove the padding your abs will be bigger.
I had some planks. I turned them into a shed :doh:
