This was a mismatch from the get go. I can't argue that. But I'm a Tebow fan. He's not super great, but I think he has potential to be. But I'm mostly a fan of his persona. Not necessarily his personality...he can be campy and I can see how some take his as preachy or whatever. But I'm talking about his persona as a pro football player. He seems genuine and seems to want to play for the love of the game. The money and fame is secondary to him. He seems to have a real desire to do well for the team and those around him. It is inspiring. You don't see many pros like him out there that can still be decent role models to kids. I just hope he doesn't pull some bone headed shit like Michael Phelps and ruin his image.

And so the football season ends for me. No Packer back-to-back (a loss if they followed history anyway) No sweet tastes of Bourbon Street with the Saints again. Guess I'll tune in for the commercials when the big game comes around this year.
