Thrusters 105/65lb
Pull ups

wall balls
toes to bar
bench press 95/45 (sounds light, get back to me when your arms don't work anymore)
GHD sit-ups.
Keep track of the reps for each movement and add them up at the end.

Note, if your arms work after this you did not put out enough.
Still doing my thing:
For time:
10 Hang Cleans 155/95lb, 20 Sit-ups
9 Hang Cleans, 19 Sit-ups
8 Cleans – 18 Sit-ups…
So on and so forth counting down to one Clean and finally 11 sit ups.
