Anyone ever participate in the TOUGH MUDDER?
I'll be doing my first one in October!

I did my first one two weekends ago with some guys from work. Great fun and a solid workout. The entry fee was a bit steep I thought, but I'll do it again next year fo'shizzle! Good times..

My completion time was 2.32:17
Tip: Don't wear your new expensive runners and PT kit..mud kinds destroys them
, oh, and tape your feet to combat blisters from wet footwear. I wore some compression shorts under my PT shorts to prevent any chaffing from wet clothing, it worked a treat.
