He is a freshman. It's a varsity team. Maybe he needs to try the Jr Varsity or the track team or hell, anything. He has a right to an education, but last time I checked, sports didn't count toward graduation credits.
A quick google search tells me she's a lawyer. Like that's a surprise. And according to this her actions haven't always been above board, either.
Last I checked, receiving an education is not a right, and therefore is not covered by the Constitution or Natural Law.
