Yeah, not sure what to make of this. I'd be very dissapointed if he had been involved in doping etc, however, no-one would give up 7 Tour de France titles....ever... You know what they say about smoke and fire

This sucks. I understand his frustration. He probably decided they will never leave him alone, as I understand it they have been hounding him for nearly 15 years. He has passed test after test. At some point enough just becomes enough. He is a household name. The world knows what he did. He has spent a lot of time and energy working on charities. He has retired. The man survived testicular cancer. Bluntly, he probably has other crap to deal with instead of constantly defending himself from this never-ending BS.
