Who Likes Cartoons?
What are your favorite cartoons? Is that allowed on this forum or do we have to be all serious and straight-faced?
The classics like Bugs Bunny are always good, two of my favorite more contemporary toons were Rocko's Modern Life and The Angry Beavers. One of my favorite scenes in the Rocko series was when him and his friend Heff went to the baseball game. Rocko offered to buy Heff a burrito and Heff says,"Burritos make my bottom burble!" Oh-My-God! That about made me pee myself because my wife and I were just joking a few days earlier about how she couldn't stand to be around me when I ate beef jerky and fried chicken at the same time!!!!! Too funny! Sorry if this post is in the wrong place, just thought it was funny.

I never miss The Simpsons!
I have a collection of old Warner Bros cartoons with Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, etc. and some Tom and Jerry. My grandkids love to watch them. They prefer them over the stuff on the Cartoon Channel and Nickelodeon any day. When I used to be somebody (I'm center top)

I get to watch all of the lil man's favorites during the day, Spongebob, Dora, Diego, Backyardigans, etc.
But I'll catch Family Guy when I'm home in the evenings, and of course I love all the ones from when I was a kid. Looney Toons, etc."Like" us on facebook! https://www.facebook.com/pages/Offic...93147194083228

I'm a hard-core Looney Tunes fan, but I do like some of the newer ones. I hate to admit it, but after watching with the kids, I kind of like Blue's Clues, Dora, Diego, Little Bear, etc.
Every time I ever watch Family Guy, it's the same episode (where they're visiting her family and just when the guy is hitting it off with his rich father-in-law, his dog "nails" the rich guy's dog during a race). The football-headed baby kills me.
I like a lot of the stuff I watched as a kid for sentimental reasons, like Pink Panther, Scooby-Doo, Speed Buggy, etc.
[BTW, does anyone remember the Kroft Power Hour (I think) with Sigmund and the Sea-Monsters, Wonder-Bug, Monster Squad, etc.?]
But, for the most part, I'm a purist of the Looney Tunes."Nothing says guilty like a high-priced lawyer."

Loony Toons are always a classic bit I also like some contemporary stuff (South Park, Anamaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Futurama and the Simpsons).
Doesn't anyone like the old japanese anime stuff? Things like Speed Racer, Gigantor, Robotech (or am I the only nerd on the forum?)"My motivation is slipping, people bug me, and I'm tired of wasting my time on drivel."
