    You are absolutely right.     Since you mentioned Alcohol, you're absolutely correct - Remember, the ban on alcohol was a failure because there were so many addicts.

    Think of what would happen if we legalized drugs, then realized that it was a mistake, but there were millions of hard-core addicts because it was cheap - What do you propose to do then, Smitty?
