Can anyone assist me in reporting a Federal crime and California State crimes?

Hey guys,
I registered to ask an important question.

HOW do I report on-going Felony activity?

I tried the local Police, they said oh well
I tried the FBI Sacramernto Office and no one has returned the messages I left repeatedly, and I tried the Secret Service and they refered me to the DEA and the DEA said call the FBI :/

The Police said that if the crimes are NOT going on RIGHT this second,
they cant help me

I also called million of other people
I feel so helpless

Any advice? thank you very much.

Well, animal abuse, child abuse by making the child appear in child porn, narcotics violations, threats against my life, social security fraud and welfare fraud


I am a witness but I am on CA formal probation for one more year.

The Robbery/Homicide Detective who arrested me seems to not work at the PD anymore and the Detective's PD is not the local Police. but I still tried him. And, my probation oifficer told me its up to me to decide on reporting it or not. I waited two days trying to get an attorney to go with me and no attorney would, not even if I hire them. So, I just called law enforcement anyway, i dont care if I get arrested, this needs to stop here. I will gladly go to jail to stop whats going on because I was a victim of sexual abuse (rape) etc.

Report any child abuse/child porn to "Child Protective Services". Use Google to find a hotline number for your area.

I know how CPS is. Sometimes they only talk to the reported by telephone. I need to make sure this thing is going to get done

That is why I dont want to call in an anonymous tip and why I am willing to risk criminal liability.

I could pull a California Penal Code 837 and citizens' arrest them, but that would open me up to civil actions, big civil actions.

I cant afford to go broke.

Any police department should get involved.

But they did not, that is what is making me feel so hopeless

A guy stole property from me so I went to the Police and reported it

They come and they hold some card up to my eyes the whole time, a card that shows if you are high on narcotics.

I of course wasnt since I dont do them, but they kept stopping me from reporting the crime due to this card thing.

they said they were going to put me, on an involuntary mental hold but they wouldnt if I just went to the hospital voluntary, so They called the Paramedics and I went.

I got checked out, etc and released.

The cops said if I report it again, they will arrest me and put me in the hospital

So I went to the guy's house and he was standing outside with my property and there was no cops anywhere
I parked and he said he would give it back for 200 dollars
I of course said no then his friends cornered me and beat the snot out of me bad.
I ran to my car and got out a gun and pointed it at them
they got it away and I took of running
then the police are drag neting the area looking for me
and I got arrested on felony attempted robbery with a firearm and assault with a deadly weapon
they Detectives brought me to the station and then released me on my own recognicense and I got a letter at my home 3 weeks later detailing a Felony complaint against me.

I go to Arriignment and get taken into costody on statatory bail of 250k for robbery
even though I let the judge know I was obvisously free and she didnt care. I spent 90 days in jail and the robbery got reduced to mis. brandishing, I got formal probation. So that is why I was a bit scared to report these crimes

The "victim" was killed 2 months ago trying to grab an Officer's gun.
And he had a felony record, 6 felonies.
my record was clean, not even a traffic infraction
but thats Life for you, I am not angry.

P.S the cops never did investigate my report, they didnt even make a report of it, at discovery, all I got was a call-sheet....

caforever, you need to deal with the law enforcement in the jurisdiction where the crime(s) occurred. If you came to me and the crime(s) did not occur in San Diego County, I could write a courtesy report. I could not assign a case number. The courtesy report would be sent to the jurisdiction where the crime occurred & you would be right back where you started.

It sounds like you did your part and reported it. If you keep pushing the matter it will appear you have a personal vengeance against the other party. It sounds like that may be the case now.

For example, quite frequently during nasty divorces one spouse will accuse the other of drug use, child abuse, etc. etc. These types of cases suffer from exaggeration/truthfulness issues. The District Attorney in my area will only prosecute clean cases wrapped in Christmas paper, sprayed by sweet perfume and tied up with a bow. Any holes in the case and it will be rejected. Talk is cheap and perhaps you need to present some hard evidence. Don't have any? Then there is not much else to do.

Did it the other day actually.

CAFOREVER, here is what you do {basically what the above people told you to do} Call the local Police and report the child abuse, animal abuse etc.
If the officers are of no help then call the Sgt. or Lieutenant. If they are of no help call the local FBI office. they would be interested in the Child porn Iam sure...
Then notify your probation officer and tell him you need help, I think you need serious professional help.


At this point Iam keeping the thread open BUT Ive already tracked your i.p. and feel there is MORE TO THE STORY....

Depends on several factors:

1. Are we too busy?
2. Distance from other jurisdiction? Is it hours away? Can the report be taken over the pone?
3. Is there evidence involved? (see #2)


Also we must take ID thefts when the victim lives in our jurisdiction (regardless of where the crime occurred).

I am currently seeing a doctor for manic depression with psychotic features, GAD, and post-tramatic stres, and I am seeing a Victim/witness therpist for the above things as well

I am on tons of meds

but, thats a good thing.

My memory is grossly intact and I am aware of reality and my mental health is being treated. It has no bearing on my ability or intent to report on-going crimes.

The IP I am on is someone's wireless lan so it wont do any good to trace it

if you want my contact info, PM me, ill be happy to give.

Also, it is a requirement that I report crimes and corperate with the Police, but I would do that regardless.

I came to this forum to find an Officer that would be able to help me

You are not a "good" witness to put on the stand. The defense attorney would rip you to shreds. If the entire case hinges on your testimony (i.e. no hard evidence or other "good" witnesses), then there is NO CASE.

WE DO NOT post names of alledged criminals, officers, detectives and EVEN of members themselves...

Also, the rules of evidence dont care if you are mentally ill, as long as you can prove you were not ill at the time of the incidents and during trial

They let murderers testify in mafia cases, and that is as uncredible as you can get.
