ok heres my ? my friend is a 14 yr old boy and he admitted to me he had sex with a 26 yr old boy and stuff and i emailed the man he had sex with and told him not to worry that i would never tell and also i told the kid i wouldnt tell
does this make me a accesory since i didnt and wont report he had sex with a 26 yr old or not
