Contact your local law enforcement agency. This is why most on this forum think you are not who you say you are. Why would you ask someone out of your area what to do? We cannot say what the laws are in your jurisdiction since you have chosen not to list it.
Check your local laws. Depending on how long ago your incident took place your local laws may have a length of time statute.
Good luck on that.
Cops are pretty much straight forward folks. Here's an example. If someone is molested, raped or otherwise a victim there is no question what to do. They are prosecuted. I know I don't hold a candle for a stranger or family member that commits a criminal act. I'm required not to act criminally they are too. Being that as it may, it seems questionable for that question to be asked by anyone. :noidea:
